This refund policy was created to ensure transparency and clarity in all transactions carried out through our website. By purchasing tickets to our events, you accept the terms of this policy.

1. Refund Conditions

The purchase of tickets for events held by Gold Skin Private Club is final, meaning refunds or exchanges are not permitted, except in exceptional circumstances, as described below:

  • Cancellation or Postponement of Events:
    In the event of cancellation or postponement of an event, the ticket holder is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, excluding operation fees and shipping costs, if applicable. Refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • Significant Change to the Event:
    If there is a significant change to the event (such as a change of location or substantial change to the event content), customers may request a refund as long as they do so within 48 hours of the original event date.
  • Promotional or Discount Tickets:
    Tickets purchased at a discount or on sale are not eligible for a refund, except in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event.

2. Procedure for Requesting Refund

To request a refund, send an email to goldskinporto@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request” and include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Ticket number
  • Event date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Proof of purchase

Upon receipt of the request, we will analyze the case and respond within 5 business days. If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited according to the original payment method, within 10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you still haven't received your refund after refund confirmation:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Please contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
  • If you have already done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at goldskinporto@gmail.com .

4. Exchanges

Ticket exchanges for other events or dates are not permitted. Once purchased, tickets are only valid for the event and date specified at the time of purchase.

5. Liability and Shipping

Gold Skin Private Club is not responsible for tickets lost, stolen or damaged after issuance. You do not need to physically send anything to our address to request refunds.

6. Modifications to this Policy

Gold Skin Private Club reserves the right to change or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
